I first saw it at davidicke.com 04-01-2008, 05:18 PM:

that link was gone but Wayback had a backup;
the first backup is 2004,
but the library was growing until 2008 (328 files);
after that, the asiya.org site was reorganized .
. if a link is not working, it may be due to copyright violations;
or, because asiya.org asked Wayback to not archive it,
or it may be backed up elsewhere on Wayback .

you can find many non-free pdf's on that site

. my free account came with 45 credits,

. so, how much do the credits cost?
not sure without buying but
one download for 5000 credits says "Costs $224,
download now for less than half of thatprice!"
so it looks like about 50credits per dollar .
